✅ أولاً: الاستبدال

  • يمكن طلب استبدال المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام
  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية وبكامل التغليف
  • يتم الاستبدال في الحالات التالية:
    • استلام منتج مختلف عن الطلب
    • وجود عيب أو تلف في المنتج

🔄 ثانياً: الاسترجاع

  • يمكن طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام
  • يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية
  • يتم رد المبلغ بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه

🚚 الشحن

  • في حالة وجود خطأ من جانبنا، نتحمل تكلفة الشحن
  • في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بدون سبب، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن

❌ حالات لا يشملها الاسترجاع

  • المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو فتحها بشكل يؤثر على حالتها
  • مرور أكثر من 3 أيام على الاستلام
